Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes one SmartLink page, everyday tools with a daily limit and a small monthly allowance of AI generations. No card is required.
Do your PDF and image tools upload my files?
No. Merging and optimising PDFs, compressing and converting images and generating QR codes all run in your browser. We only record that a tool was used, for plan limits.
Do prices include GST?
Customer plan prices shown on the pricing page include GST. Your invoice shows the taxable value and GST separately. Reseller wholesale prices exclude GST.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancelling stops renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How does AI Studio work?
AI Studio sends your text to the AI provider configured by Infinitia Links to generate content. Failed generations do not count toward your allowance. If AI is not set up, the studio tells you instead of showing placeholder text.
Can I earn money as a partner?
Referral commissions are not currently offered. The partner program records referrals today; any future commission would only be paid on verified customer purchases under an approved, published policy — never for sign-ups or recruiting.
How is my page analytics data collected?
We count page views and link clicks using a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. We do not store visitors' IP addresses.
