Reseller agreement (draft)

This is starter policy text for the MVP. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified counsel before launch.

Qualification

Resellers must be approved and purchase an eligible seat package with a confirmed payment before any licence can be assigned.

Seats

Each seat activates one plan for one billing period from assignment. Seats must be assigned within 12 months of purchase. Seats assigned in error may be recovered within 7 days.

Pricing & invoicing

Wholesale prices and package discounts are published per version and exclude GST. Infinitia Links invoices the reseller; the reseller invoices its own customers and is responsible for its own taxes.

Customer support

The reseller provides first-line support to the customers it serves; Infinitia Links provides platform support to the reseller.

Refunds

Seat packages may be refunded in full within the refund window. A refund revokes all seats from that package, including assigned seats.

Renewals & transfers

Renewals require a new seat. Licence transfers between customers are not supported except through recovery within the permitted window.

Customer data

Customer accounts belong to the customers. Resellers see only the details needed to manage assigned seats.

Separation from referrals

Reseller margin is separate from any referral programme and is never combined into a single earnings figure.
