This is starter policy text for the MVP. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified counsel before launch.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), billing records required by law, the content you put on your SmartLink pages, and usage counts for plan limits.

What we do not collect

Files you process with in-browser tools never leave your device. Visitor analytics use a daily-rotating anonymous identifier; we do not store visitors' IP addresses.

AI Studio

Text you submit to AI Studio is sent to our configured AI provider to generate a response. We store usage counts and token totals, not your prompts.

Sharing

We share data with payment, email and AI service providers only as needed to run the service. Partners see masked details of referred customers only.

Retention

Analytics events are kept for up to two years; billing records for as long as tax law requires. You can request deletion of your account at any time.
