Refund policy

This is starter policy text for the MVP. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified counsel before launch.
Subscriptions
If you are not satisfied, contact support within 7 days of a first purchase for a full refund. Renewals can be refunded within 7 days if the plan has not been used.
Partial refunds
Where appropriate we may issue a partial refund; a credit note is issued for every refund.
Seat packages
Reseller seat packages can be refunded in full within 7 days. A refund revokes all seats from the package, including assigned seats.
Effect on referral records
Refunded purchases are not counted as eligible sales, and any related compensation is reversed.
