This is starter policy text for the MVP. It must be reviewed and finalised by qualified counsel before launch.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18, or have consent from a guardian.
Acceptable use
Do not use Infinitia Links pages or short links for unlawful content, phishing, malware, spam or to impersonate others. We may disable pages or links that do.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices are listed in Indian rupees. Plan limits are enforced by the service.
Partner and reseller programs
Participation is governed by the separate partner or reseller agreement accepted when you join.
Liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.
