Reseller program
Bundle Infinitia Links with your services
Agencies, consultants and IT service providers can buy Infinitia Links plan licences in bulk at wholesale prices and assign them to their own customers.
How seat packages work
- Register as a reseller partner and accept the reseller agreement.
- Buy a seat package (minimum five seats) at the wholesale price. Wholesale prices exclude GST; a GST invoice is issued.
- Assign seats to customers who have a Infinitia Links account. Each seat activates the plan for one billing period from assignment.
- Unassigned seats must be used within 12 months of purchase.
Your margin
You set your own price to your customers. Your dashboard shows wholesale cost, the resale price you record and the resulting margin. Reseller margin is entirely separate from the referral program and is never mixed into referral figures.
Refunds
Seat packages can be refunded in full within the refund window described in the refund policy. A refund revokes every seat from that package, including assigned ones.
